The Magellan PRP (or Vampire Lifting) procedure is one of the most natural and precise rejuvenation procedures.
PRP is a serum that is produced from a person’s own blood, it is a substance rich in platelets, which is obtained after a specific treatment of blood, and it is this that is the basis of plasma therapy.
The key to the success of PRP therapy is above all the number of live platelets that contain the necessary growth factors. The higher the number of live platelets, the greater the success. We use a special medical centrifuge that provides maximally high concentrations of platelets, progenitor cells and platelet-associated growth factors at a low final volume of substance. THE MAGELLAN PRP PROCEDURE
HOW DOES IT WORK AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
At the beginning of the procedure, venous blood is drawn from the patient and centrifuged to separate the platelets and their growth factors from the rest of the blood. A numbing cream is then placed on the patient’s face and left to work. The remaining plasma is injected into the required areas with a series of microinjections.
After the procedure, the patient is given a mask with the enriched plasma. It can also be applied at home for about 3 days.
Compared to ordinary plasma therapy, the Magellan procedure produces up to 10,000 times higher concentration of platelets. This makes the procedure more effective, and its results are visible almost immediately after its completion.
The results of Magellan PRP are felt immediately after the procedure. The skin feels tighter and more alive. Changes in the skin become more noticeable in the following months. For an optimal effect, a course of several procedures per year is recommended, depending on the desired result.
